A Better Version of You - Online 6-Week Weight Loss Challenge

A Better Version of You Online Weight Loss Challenge is a 6‐week challenge proudly sponsored by the coaches from Team Results and their clients.

Each Challenge participant will pay $10.00 to enter the Weight Loss Challenge. All fees collected will stay in the Prize Pot to be paid out at the end of the challenge. More participants equal a BIGGER prize pot!

The winner will be determined by the person who loses the biggest percentage of body weight. Therefore, both men and women have the same chance of winning and will compete for the same prizes.

We will host a series of calls with lessons that will help you to better understand nutrition, stay focused, and get better results during the challenge. Only the first and final calls are mandatory. All other calls are not mandatory, but highly suggested.

Don't forget about 'Step Up To Health', the FREE children's fun health festival going on TODAY! Nutrition Avenue has teamed up with the City of Allen and the City of Allen Parks and Recreation as the title sponsor of this yearly event.

Help us to help families without a home to have a Happy Holidays

The Wellness Coaches at Nutrition Avenue will be helping to collect gifts to help the families in the 'Family Promise' program that will be without a home on Christmas. Here is your chance to help families and children have a Happy Holidays! 

About Family Promise 
 Family Promise is an organization whose mission is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence.

What is the Christmas Wish List? 
Over the Christmas Holiday, several families and their children will be without a home and staying within a local church. Can you imagine as a child not having a home over Christmas? Many of us are blessed to be able to spend time with our families and with a roof over our heads we can call our own. These families are working to make positive changes in their lives, but they need help. Family Promise has requested that their guests provide a wish list of three items. The list below reflects those wish items as well as items of need for the guests in the mentor program that will be spending Christmas at the church.

How Can You Help? 
Gifts can be directly dropped off to the Nutrition Avenue office on Monday – Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm. For the address and directions, please visit the contact section of our website.

Additionally, you can get with a Nutrition Avenue coach to make pickup arrangements.
