Come on out TONIGHT (February 24th) for the Alliance for a Healthier Allen's Motivate to Move Kickoff. The event will be held at the Lowery Freshman Center in Allen from 6:00 - 7:30 PM. There will be fun games & activities for the kids, as well as FREE food. Also, Kelly Hughes, MS, RD, LD, Nutritionist for Presbyterian Hospital in Allen along with Alastair Hunte, Health & Wellness coach with Nutrition Avenue will be doing a presentation for the parents of elementry aged children on easily implementing better nutrition for kids.
