"So, it's been almost three years now since I started Herbalife. I finally took my wedding ring in to get it re-sized due to [the fact that I lost] 41 lbs! I had to have it taken down 2 whole sizes! I'm not sure why it took me so long to get it re-sized. But, the more I think about it - the more I realize that it's probably the only article that I still own from my FAT years. I can't tell you how many times I have almost lost it because it would easily slip off. I [even] started wearing it on my middle finger so [that] it would stay on. It did make for a great conversation starter though!
When I took it to the jeweler today, I actually thought to myself, 'What if they think this is stolen since it needs such a large resize?' LOL. Anyways, [the] FAT years are gone, and here is to many more FIT & HEALTHY years ahead!"

"One year ago today I was graduating high school, and I was 100 pounds heavier. To think that I had no hope [at 17] to be where I'm at now blows my mind! One year can completely change your world. I'm so happy to be 18 and smaller than I was in middle school, [and] happier than I have ever been. [I'm] loving this life to it's complete fullest. I LOVE YOU ALL. Thank you for being apart of my life."

Not only has Oscar dropped over 50 lbs, he said that before getting on the Herbalife program he had never run more than a quarter mile. He just recently took 1st Place in his Division in his first 10K race! Way to go, Oscar!
